Cultivating the Garden of our Mind: A Simple Practice for Growth and Connection Our minds inner dialogue is shaping our inner intellectual and emotional landscape and affecting our experience in the world, with others and our life trajectory. Like a garden, every thought is a seed, taking root and shaping how we feel, act, and perceive the world. Some seeds bloom into beautiful flowers of positivity, creativity, and peace, while others grow into weeds of negativity, self-doubt, or frustration. Just as a garden requires nurturing, intention, and care to flourish, so too does our inner landscape. The beauty of this metaphor lies in its empowerment: you are the gardener of your mind. You hold the tools to cultivate growth, remove weeds with kindness, and plant thoughts that inspire resilience and joy. With intentional practices, you can transform your mental garden into a sanctuary of strength and serenity, positively impacting not only your own life but also the lives of those around you. This practice is designed to help you tend your mental garden with mindful awareness, offering simple steps and insights to nurture thoughts that align with your highest self. Let this journey of cultivation guide you toward inner peace and outward compassion. Step 1: Awareness – Observing Your Mental Garden Begin by pausing for a moment and tuning in to the thoughts in your mind. Without judgment, notice which "seeds" are taking root. Are they nurturing thoughts like gratitude, curiosity, or hope? Or are they weeds like self-criticism, anxiety, or doubt? This step is about becoming a compassionate observer of your inner world. Insight: Awareness is the sunlight that illuminates what grows in the garden of your mind. Step 2: Reframe – Transforming the Weeds When you notice an unhelpful thought, visualize it as a weed in your mental garden. Instead of pulling it out with force (which can lead to resistance), gently plant a nourishing thought nearby, placing your attention and intention on a nourishing seed thought. For example: Replace “I’m not good enough” with “I am doing my best, and that is enough.” Replace “Everything is going wrong” with “This challenge is an opportunity to grow.” Replace “Why does this person always annoy me?” with “I wonder what they might be struggling with that I don’t see?" This shift moves your focus from irritation to curiosity and empathy, softening the emotional charge of the interaction. Replace “I can’t stand being stuck in this situation” with “This is an opportunity to practice patience and resilience.” This reframe turns the frustration into a chance to strengthen your inner calm and adaptability. Insight: Irritating situations and people are like rocks in the soil—difficult but essential for strengthening the roots of your inner peace. You don’t need to fight the weeds; simply outgrow them by nurturing the seeds of kindness and possibility. This is the practice of intentional redirection, is a principle found in Buddhist mindfulness practices and cognitive behavioral therapy. Step 3: Cultivate – Daily Practices for Flourishing Tend to your mental garden daily with practices that nourish positivity and calm: Mindfulness Meditation Spend 5–10 minutes focusing on your breath, observing thoughts as they arise without attachment. Gratitude Journaling Write down three things you are grateful for each day. Affirmations Intentional affirmations tailored to cultivate mindfulness and peace in challenging situations: Speak or write affirming statements like “I am capable of creating peace and joy within myself.” “When I feel irritation, I pause and breathe, creating space for a thoughtful response.” “I release the need to control others and focus on what I can manage within myself.” “I approach this person with the intention to understand, not to react.” “In this difficult moment, I choose to prioritize my inner peace.” “Even when I feel triggered, I remember that my response is my power.” “This situation is temporary, and I trust myself to navigate it with grace.” “I let go of judgment and meet this moment with compassion for myself and others.” “I turn frustration into a reminder to practice patience and acceptance.” “Every challenging interaction is an opportunity to deepen my empathy and calm.” “I honor my boundaries while remaining open-hearted.” These affirmations help anchor you in intentionality, guiding your thoughts and actions toward establishing a nourishing and mindful inner landscape. These small acts of care, done consistently, help your mental garden flourish over time. Insight: Consistency in small, intentional acts leads to profound transformation. Step 4: Connect – Sharing Your Blooming Garden As your mind grows more aligned with peace and possibility, let this energy flow outward. Simple acts like offering a kind word, listening deeply, or practicing patience can inspire growth in others. Think of these actions as scattering seeds of connection in the larger garden of humanity. Insight: A peaceful mind creates a ripple effect, cultivating compassion and harmony in the world. Step 5: Envision – Dreaming of Humanity’s Garden Take a moment to visualize a world where each person tends their mental garden with care. Imagine communities rooted in kindness, resilience, and creativity. Reflect on how your individual practice contributes to this shared vision. Insight: Personal growth is the seed from which collective transformation blooms. Final Reflection With every thought you nurture, you shape your reality and influence the world around you. Be the gardener of your mind, and watch as your inner peace inspires a garden of compassion and connection to bloom for all. ~Amchi La Note: This idea was part of the Sacred Mind Sanctuary teachings from Tanaduk and had Chat reformat and add more detail.

The Nature of Loving Kindness The use of Loving Kindness is not dependent on one's intellectual capacity or spiritual development and therefore is available to everyone. It has been successfully taught to billions of people of all ages and backgrounds by their mothers and then often forgotten in life. Now we must regenerate Loving Kindness into all expressions of life. Loving Kindness is spiritual in nature. It is not a religion. It has no dogma, and there is nothing you must believe in for you to learn and use Love. In fact, Love is not dependent on belief at all and will work whether you believe in it or not because you can feel it. Loving Kindness Is a Natural, Healing, Spiritual Principle Loving Kindness is a natural, healing, spiritual principle that transcends religious boundaries. It offers a path to peace and harmony accessible to all. Loving Kindness emphasizes the importance of simple practices, fostering an environment where love and compassion are not only cultivated but also actively practiced in daily interactions. This philosophy is grounded in the belief that the energy of love is a fundamental force in creation, influencing our experiences and relationships regardless of our conscious beliefs. Mindfulness and Self-Awareness Are the Core At the core of Loving Kindness is mindfulness and self-awareness. Through regular meditation and reflective practices, individuals develop a heightened awareness of their thoughts and emotions, allowing them to respond to life’s challenges with clarity rather than react out of habit. This self-awareness is crucial for personal growth and is a cornerstone of emotional health and resilience. Gratitude Fosters Loving Kindness Gratitude is another key aspect of Loving Kindness. By focusing on the abundance in our lives through practices such as maintaining a gratitude journal, we shift our perspective from what we lack to what we possess, fostering a sense of contentment and joy. This practice not only enhances personal well-being but also enriches our interactions with others, as gratitude promotes a generous spirit and a positive outlook. Active Listening Builds Understanding Active listening is integral to building strong, empathetic relationships. It involves fully engaging with others and listening to understand their perspectives without the immediate impulse to respond or judge. This form of communication builds trust and understanding, essential elements in fostering harmonious relationships and communities. Compassionate Speech Nurtures Loving Relationships Compassionate speech, guided by the principles of truth, necessity, and kindness, ensures that our words heal rather than hurt. This practice encourages thoughtful communication and helps avoid misunderstandings and conflicts, making it easier to maintain loving relationships. Balance Generosity and Self-Care Generosity in sharing our time, resources, and skills with others enriches our community interactions. It nurtures a culture of giving and receiving, which strengthens community bonds and supports collective well-being. Similarly, the practice of forgiveness allows us to let go of anger and resentment, offering both ourselves and others a chance to move forward without the heavy burdens of past grievances. Understanding and respecting personal boundaries is crucial in maintaining one’s health and relationships. By clearly communicating our limits and respecting those of others, we foster a safe and respectful environment that encourages genuine interactions. Self-Acceptance Makes Accepting Others Easier Lastly, adopting a non-judgmental attitude helps us to accept ourselves and others as we are, promoting an inner peace that is reflective of our true nature. This acceptance reduces personal conflicts and deepens our connection with others, aligning more closely with our intrinsic qualities of love and compassion. Loving Kindness Guides Us to Harmony Loving Kindness is not merely a concept but a living practice that enhances our interactions and our approach to life’s challenges. It invites us to embody compassion, understanding, and genuine love in every moment, guiding us to live in harmony with ourselves and the world around us. By integrating these principles into our daily lives, we not only heal and enrich ourselves but also contribute to the broader healing and harmony of our communities. ~ Amchi Thubten Lekshe Let’s break it down to gain a clearer perspective on how we can integrate these practices into our daily lives. Nature's Blueprint Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy is Unlocking Plant Phyto Chemistry for DNA Repair, Telomere Protection, and Methylation Mastery Amid the rich tapestry of plant medicine, the profound impact of certain herbs on our cellular health is becoming increasingly recognized. Many of these powerful botanicals have been used in traditional medicine for centuries, and play critical roles in supporting DNA repair and rejuvenation, protecting telomeres, activating essential enzymes, modulating epigenetic expression, preventing cancer, and promoting healthy methylation processes. DNA Is the Heart of Cellular Health At the heart of cellular health is the integrity of our DNA, the fundamental blueprint that governs all biological processes. Every day, our DNA is subjected to damage from environmental toxins, oxidative stress, and even normal metabolic activities. Over time, this damage can lead to mutations, cellular dysfunction, and diseases such as cancer. However, nature provides us with a variety of herbs, like Turmeric, Sea Buckthorn, and Grape Seed Extract, that are rich in antioxidants and other bioactive compounds capable of repairing damaged DNA and protecting against further harm. These herbs work by neutralizing free radicals, reducing inflammation, and enhancing the activity of DNA repair enzymes, which are vital for maintaining the continuity of healthy cellular function and promoting longevity. Some Medicinal Herbs Safeguard Telomeres In addition to protecting DNA itself, some herbs have the remarkable ability to safeguard telomeres, the protective caps at the ends of chromosomes. Telomeres play a critical role in preventing the genetic instability that leads to aging and disease. With each cell division, telomeres shorten, and once they become too short, the cell can no longer divide, leading to cellular aging and death. Herbs such as Astragalus and Gynostemma have been shown to activate telomerase, an enzyme that helps maintain telomere length, thus extending the lifespan of cells and protecting them from premature aging and related diseases. Traditional Herbs Support DNA Repair Beyond these direct protective effects, many herbs also enhance the function of enzymes that are crucial for DNA repair and detoxification. For example, Milk Thistle and Rosemary have been found to activate enzymes such as PARP (Poly ADP-Ribose Polymerase) and phase II detoxification enzymes. These enzymes play a pivotal role in repairing DNA damage, eliminating harmful toxins, and preventing the mutations that could lead to diseases like cancer. By boosting the activity of these enzymes, these herbs contribute to a more resilient and self-healing cellular environment. Healing Herbs Modulate Our Epigenetic Expression Another fascinating aspect of these herbs is their ability to modulate epigenetic expression. Our genes are not static; they can be turned on or off in response to environmental factors, including diet. This process, known as epigenetic modulation, is influenced by certain herbs like Green Tea and Ashwagandha. These botanicals can alter the expression of genes involved in DNA repair, inflammation, and cellular defense, thereby helping the body adapt to environmental challenges and potentially reverse harmful genetic changes. This modulation allows for a dynamic response to stressors, enhancing overall cellular health and longevity. Enhancing DNA Repair Helps Prevent Cancer Cancer prevention is one of the most significant benefits of these herbs. By enhancing DNA repair mechanisms, reducing oxidative stress, and modulating gene expression, herbs such as Saffron, Rhodiola, and Bacopa help reduce the risk of mutations that could lead to cancer. Moreover, their anti-inflammatory and immune-supporting properties create a healthier cellular environment, further lowering the risk of cancer development. These herbs act as a natural line of defense, helping to maintain cellular integrity and prevent the onset of chronic diseases. Finally, herbs like Amla and Neem support methylation, a key biochemical mechanism that affects DNA synthesis, repair, and gene expression. Proper methylation is crucial for turning genes on and off as needed, ensuring that cells function optimally and reducing the risk of abnormal cell growth. These herbs provide the necessary nutrients and antioxidants to promote healthy methylation patterns, thereby contributing to overall genetic stability and cellular health. Medicinal Botanicals Support Lifelong Vitality Through their combined synergistic effects, these botanicals offer not just a path to healing but a phytochemical empowering blueprint for achieving lifelong vitality, ensuring that our cells remain healthy, our DNA intact, and our bodies resilient against the challenges of aging and disease. Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy skillfully orchestrates plant phytochemistry for protecting telomeres, activating key enzymes, modulating epigenetic expression, preventing cancer, and ensuring proper methylation, they empower the body's innate ability to heal, protect, and thrive. Jampha Uses These Herbs in Our Tibetan Infusions The medicinal plants used in creating the Tibetan Pharmacy Infusions are well-known for supporting DNA repair and rejuvenation, offering potent antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and adaptogenic properties that contribute to maintaining DNA integrity and promoting cellular health. Because of extensive scientific research, validation of traditional uses, mechanistic insights into how they influence DNA repair pathways, their role in preventive medicine, and the widespread promotion of these benefits in health supplements and media. Here are 25 notable examples of over 160 botanicals used in the creation of Jampha’s Tibetan Medicinal Infusions. Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy’s Medicinal Infusions - Blue Lotus Peacock , Turquoise Dragon , LyFuMo , White Tiger . Maithuna Prana and White Elephant all include the organic plant phytochemistry that supports DNA repair and rejuvenation, protecting telomeres, activating key enzymes, modulating epigenetic expression, preventing cancer, and ensuring proper methylation. Turmeric (Curcuma longa) Key Phytochemicals: Curcumin Mechanism: Curcumin is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compound that modulates multiple cellular pathways involved in DNA repair. It enhances the activity of DNA repair enzymes like PARP (Poly ADP-Ribose Polymerase) and reduces reactive oxygen species (ROS), which can cause DNA mutations. Curcumin also influences epigenetic modulation by affecting the expression of genes responsible for cellular defense and longevity. Additionally, curcumin helps in maintaining healthy methylation patterns, contributing to genomic stability. Benefits: Supports DNA repair and rejuvenation, reduces inflammation, enhances antioxidant defenses, promotes healthy methylation, and may prevent cancer by reducing mutations. Sea Buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides) Key Phytochemicals: Omega-7 fatty acids (Palmitoleic acid), Flavonoids, Vitamin C, Carotenoids Mechanism: Sea Buckthorn is rich in antioxidants, including flavonoids and carotenoids, which help neutralize free radicals that can cause DNA damage. The high concentration of omega-7 fatty acids supports the integrity of cell membranes, protecting cells from oxidative stress. Sea Buckthorn also promotes telomere protection by supporting cellular integrity, while its vitamin C content enhances collagen synthesis and supports DNA repair mechanisms. Additionally, its antioxidant properties contribute to cancer prevention and epigenetic modulation. Benefits: Enhances DNA protection and repair, supports telomere integrity, promotes cellular regeneration, boosts immune function, and supports cancer prevention. Amla (Phyllanthus emblica) Key Phytochemicals: Vitamin C, Gallic acid, Ellagic acid, Tannins Mechanism: Amla, also known as Indian Gooseberry, is exceptionally rich in vitamin C and other potent antioxidants like gallic acid and ellagic acid, which protect DNA from oxidative damage. These compounds help to neutralize free radicals, reducing the oxidative stress that can lead to DNA mutations. Amla also supports telomere protection and has been traditionally used to enhance longevity by promoting detoxification and supporting healthy methylation processes. Its antioxidant properties make it valuable for cancer prevention and overall cellular health. Benefits: Strengthens immune function, supports DNA repair and telomere protection, promotes healthy methylation, offers anti-aging properties, and aids in cancer prevention. This process is vital for regulating gene expression, detoxification, neurotransmitter production, immune response, and overall cellular function. When methylation is well-regulated and balanced, it is considered "methylation mastery," contributing to optimal health and the prevention of many types of diseases. Example of Methylation Mastery Folate and Homocysteine Regulation: A prime example of methylation mastery is the regulation of homocysteine levels in the body through the methylation cycle. Homocysteine is an amino acid that, at elevated levels, can contribute to cardiovascular disease and other health issues. The body uses methylation to convert homocysteine into methionine, an essential amino acid involved in protein synthesis and detoxification. This conversion requires sufficient levels of folate (vitamin B9), vitamin B12, and other cofactors. When the methylation process is functioning optimally: Balanced Homocysteine Levels: Homocysteine is efficiently converted into methionine, preventing its accumulation in the bloodstream and reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. DNA Methylation: Adequate methylation ensures that DNA methylation patterns are properly maintained, which is essential for regulating gene expression and protecting against abnormal cell growth, including cancer. Neurotransmitter Production: Methylation supports the synthesis of neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine, contributing to balanced mood and mental health. In individuals with methylation mastery (optimal functioning of the methylation process), these processes work harmoniously, supporting overall health, longevity, and disease prevention. Conversely, when methylation is impaired (due to genetic mutations like MTHFR, nutrient deficiencies, or other factors), it can lead to various health problems, including cardiovascular disease, cognitive decline, and increased cancer risk. However, with proper nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and targeted supplementation, it's possible to support and enhance methylation, helping to restore balance and promote vibrant health. Kinesiology: A Deep Dive into Muscle Testing Studies and Their Applications Kinesiology, a field combining movement and muscle testing, has gained increasing attention as a natural and holistic approach to health and wellness. In this article, we will explore the medical efficacy of kinesiology through a summary description of critical studies and provide a step-by-step guide for muscle testing yourself and others. We will also discuss how kinesiology can be used to uncover the body's unique biochemistry, supporting healing and overall health. Exploring the Medical Efficacy of Kinesiology Several studies have assessed the reliability, validity, and potential applications of kinesiology. Below, we summarize three key studies and their findings: Cuthbert, S. C., & Goodheart, G. J. Jr. (2007) This literature review investigates the reliability and validity of manual muscle testing (MMT). It examines over 100 peer-reviewed articles and provides evidence supporting the use of MMT for evaluating muscle strength, detecting neuromuscular dysfunction, and predicting physical performance. The study also highlights the need for more research to establish standardized protocols and enhance the understanding of MMT's clinical applications. Hall, S., Lewith, G., Brien, S., & Little, P. (2008) This review focuses on applied and specialized kinesiology, exploring the evidence for their effectiveness in addressing various health concerns. The authors note that while some studies show promising results, the overall quality of the evidence is low. They call for more high-quality research to better understand the potential benefits and limitations of kinesiology-based therapies. Monti, D. A., Sinnott, J., Marchese, M., Kunkel, E. J., & Greeson, J. M. (2016) This study investigates whether muscle testing can differentiate between congruent and incongruent self-referential statements. The findings suggest that muscle testing can reliably detect such differences, supporting the use of kinesiology in psychological interventions and self-awareness practices. Kinesiology for Healing and Health Kinesiology can help individuals uncover their body's unique biochemistry and identify potential areas that require healing support. By using muscle testing, individuals can make more informed decisions about their health, such as choosing the most suitable supplements, foods, and lifestyle changes. One potential application of kinesiology is identifying the most effective healing protocol for an individual's unique needs. Using Kinesiology to Support Healing: Familiarize yourself with various healing protocols, supplements, or therapies you want to explore. Before muscle testing, hold or place the item or reference related to the healing protocol near the person being tested, either in their hand or within their energy field. Perform muscle testing as described earlier in the article, either for yourself or someone else, while asking a clear, specific question related to the protocol, supplement, or therapy (e.g., "Is this supplement beneficial for my digestive health?"). Evaluate the muscle testing response to determine the suitability of the healing approach. A strong resistance indicates that the protocol may be beneficial, while a weak resistance suggests it may not be the right fit. Repeat this process for other healing protocols or supplements, if necessary, to identify the most effective approach for the individual's unique needs. Keep in mind that muscle testing is a subjective process, and it's crucial to approach it with an open mind and a willingness to listen to the body's signals. It's also essential to consult with a healthcare professional before making any significant changes to your health regimen. Kinesiology and Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy: Finding Your Ideal Healing Protocol Kinesiology can be particularly helpful in identifying the most effective healing protocol from Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy, which offers a variety of traditional Tibetan medicines and herbal supplements designed to address imbalances within the body and support overall health. Using Kinesiology with Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy Products: Familiarize yourself with Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy's product range, which includes herbal formulas, oils, and supplements targeting specific health concerns. Before muscle testing, hold or place the Jampha product near the person being tested, either in their hand or within their energy field. This helps to ensure the body's response is specific to the product in question. Perform muscle testing as described earlier in the article, either for yourself or someone else, while asking a clear, specific question related to the Jampha product (e.g., "Will this Jampha Tibetan herbal formula support my digestive health?"). Evaluate the muscle testing response to determine the suitability of the Jampha product. A strong resistance indicates that the product may be beneficial, while a weak resistance suggests it may not be the right fit. Repeat this process for other Jampha products, if necessary, to identify the most effective healing protocol for the individual's unique needs. Keep in mind that muscle testing is a subjective process, and it's crucial to approach it with an open mind and a willingness to listen to the body's signals. It's also essential to consult with a healthcare professional before making any significant changes to your health regimen. Step-by-Step Guide for Muscle Testing Muscle testing can be performed on oneself or another individual. Follow these steps to effectively muscle test: Self-Muscle Testing: Find a comfortable, quiet space. Stand up straight and relaxed, and feet shoulder-width apart. Extend one arm to the side, parallel to the floor, palm facing down. Place your other hand on your opposite shoulder. Ask a clear, specific question related to your body's needs. Apply gentle pressure to your extended arm using your opposite hand, trying to push the arm down. Note the resistance in your arm – strong resistance indicates a "yes" response and weak resistance suggests a "no" response. Muscle Testing for Someone Else: Have the tested person stand up straight and relaxed, feet shoulder-width apart. Ask the person to extend one arm to the side, parallel to the floor, palm facing down. Place one hand on their extended arm, just above the wrist, and your other hand on their opposite shoulder. Ask a clear, specific question related to their body's needs. Apply gentle pressure to their extended arm, attempting to push the arm down. Note the resistance in their arm – strong resistance indicates a "yes" response and weak resistance suggests a "no" response. In conclusion, kinesiology offers a promising avenue for understanding the body's biochemistry and finding the most effective healing support. By incorporating muscle testing into your wellness journey, you can make more informed decisions about your health, including choosing the most suitable products and protocols from Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy. As we continue to deepen our understanding of kinesiology and its applications, it has the potential to become an even more valuable tool in the pursuit of holistic health and well-being.

Jampha & Tibetan Pharmacy United Upon meeting Trinn Hatch, founder of Jampha, an organic terpene-enhanced full spectrum CBD company, Amchi Thubten Lekshe and Trinn Hatch both felt an immediate alignment of their shared passion for plant medicines and decided to work together. In 2021 Amchi Lekshe brought Tibetan Pharmacy ( TibetanPharmacy.com ) to Trinn Hatch’s Jampha.com and together they have built the current Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy at Jampha.com . In the Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy lab together creating the most energetically alive and effectively advanced plant medicines the world has ever experienced. Truly So, There is good explanation why that is so, read on. Every one of Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy tinctured synergy-enhance liquid extract plant infusions contain compositions of plants, minerals, resins, and terpenes. Each formulation has a unique entourage of plant phytochemistry, rich in biologically active substances, restoring, strengthening, and empowering our body systems, core life force essences, and heart alliances with mind and spirit. Amchi Thubten Lekshe has advanced the Tibetan Art and Science of Tibetan Sowa Rigpa’s medicinal plant knowledge and use by expanding the understanding of how botanicals should be utilized and carefully curated into plant medicines. His distinctive approach and processes ignite the live synergy of plant phytochemistry into an energized living vibratory expression, producing healing results faster than traditional plant extracts, because of the increased bioactivity, bio absorbable and being more easily ‘read’ signaling cell receptors throughout the body. History of Amchi Thubten Lekshe's Concern for Loss of Terpenes in production of Plant Medicine Amchi La noticed back in the 1970s, while making plant medicines in the Himalaya’s, the way it had been practiced for centuries, with the highly respected Tibetan women physician Amala Lobsang Dolma and at Mens Tsee Khang - His Holiness The Dalai Lama’s Institute if Tibetan Medicine. Amchi La noticed that terpenes and the subtle life force essences were lost when the plants were dried for use as medicines. The traditional dried herb powders and pills, and even liquid tinctures made from dried plants and liquid extracts, lacked the vital living essence felt in the life force of live plants and that he knew those factors were responsible for waking up receptors throughout the body. Terpenes Have Been Excluded From Traditional Tibetan Medicine for Centuries For centuries around the globe, loss of terpenes in drying or liquid extraction and processing botanicals were not considered important or often even noticed, their usefulness and purpose not understood as integral to the plant's expression or as an important component of bio availability to the integrity in medicinal plant formulation and effectiveness. Amchi Thubten Lekshe recognized this loss of life force energy and top note terpenes when picking and eating flower petals as a child. He later gained greater clarification while formulating medicines in his teens with Ella Birzneck a skilled Latvian herbalist, he naturally intuited terpenes function to spark bio-connective activity of the plants' properties to the body's receptors and also because he could feel it. He again became quite aware of that in McLeod Ganj, India, when apprenticing and expressing these insights with Tibetan Dr. Amala Lobsang Dolma and physicians at Mens Tsee Khang, that these components were being lost even with low temp drying processes. It was not a concern to them because they could see no effective control of that happening in the processing of botanical materials and the more obvious compounds and active ingredients were perceived to be potent enough. Before isolated plant terpenes were readily available, Amchi Thubten Lekshe used terpene expressions found from the perfumery distillers of pure plant distillations in France and Switzerland and he also understood the full fresh plant energy was more bioactive, nutrient-dense and more bio available to our body systems than dried herb powders and pills. He began small runs of plant extracts at his apothecary in the Pike Place Market of Seattle called Tenzing Momo. But because the variety of plant terpenes needed were not available at the time he knew it would be later before he could revisit this approach. Further background of Amchi Thubten Lekshe Amchi Thubten Lekshe has over 50 years of experience in botanical research, formulation, and clinical application. He has been a well-trained lineage practitioner of the Tibetan Sowa-Rigpa tradition of Tibetan medicine beginning sutra and tantra training in 1969 with Ven. Dashun Rinpoche, and Ven. Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. Since then, he continued in 1973 with his main root teachers Lama Thubten Yeshe and Lama Thubten Zopa Rinpoche (Ref: Tanaduk.com ). He was fortunate to confer and have further mentorship with senior physician and head of pharmacology at H.H. Dalai Lama’s Institute of Tibetan medicine, Tenzin Chodak while he was staying with Amchi La in the mid eighties. During hikes in the nearby forests and sharing Amchi La's adjustments to traditional formulations that included bugs and animal parts, with suitable alternates from the mineral and plant kingdoms, Tenzin Choedrak was quite enthusiastic and pleased with these alternates seeing that they were quite functional. Since then while creating his own formulations, Amchi Lekshe has been adjusting and enhancing traditional formulations with current science while maintaining balanced botanical signatures, keeping formulation energetically on point, balanced and expressive. While in the Himalayas in the 1970's, Amchi Thubten Lekshe realized that the traditional botanicals used in making Tibetan medicine were being over-harvested and not thoughtfully wildcrafted. This concerned him greatly, and he founded The Tanaduk Botanical Research Institute of Tibetan Medicine to study, protect, and preserve botanical areas and the botanicals used in Himalayan medicine. Wildcrafting and propagation methods were taught and new areas for using companion propagation were established in India, Nepal, and Bhutan, including high-altitude plantations for rare and over-harvested medicinal plants. See Tanaduk.com for more information. Background of Trinn Hatch Trinn Hatch was born into a multigenerational military family, and protection was a natural career choice. Over ten years of service, he provided personal security to Olympians, Royalty, Diplomats, Executives, FDA Scientists, and victims of human trafficking. Trinn's training and instincts prepared him to manage whatever the situation presented until one night in 2012. An assault took him by surprise and overpowered him. In a few brutal moments, his career and health were irreparably damaged. His left leg was so severely broken that the doctors weren't sure they could save it. Trinn spent three months locked in an external fixator as they did surgery after surgery. Pain, PTSD, and Hopelessness Trinn lived in pain and a revolving door of doctors, never finding more than momentary relief and constantly confronted with mixed information. The physical toll was tremendous, but the emotional toll and resulting PTSD became debilitating. Life was anything but balanced as he took more than 17 medications to manage pain, inflammation, and more. PTSD wasn't unknown to Trinn. Growing up with military parents and grandparents and years of protecting veterans and their families had shown him the intense emotional toll war, violence, and trauma take on the psyche. However, seeing it from the outside hadn't prepared him for the experience. Trinn fell into helplessness and despair. He felt like a financial drain on his family, unable to support his mother in her time of need, and it was too much. Trinn hit rock bottom. In that low moment, it seemed easier to spare his family the burden he had become than to keep fighting. A Heartfelt Plea for Help His body seemed broken, and his spirit was losing hope. Desperate, he asked the Universe to show him how to heal himself naturally and entirely in body, mind, and soul. He promised the Universe that if he was shown how he would spend his life helping others to learn. Within two weeks of that moment, Trinn became aware of CBD, hemp and terpenes and returned to work at a new medical cannabis dispensary that had just opened its doors. CBD and Terpenes on the Path to Healing CBD, Terpenes, and other remarkable plant molecules gave Trinn a more holistic view of his body and how nature can support it. He began investigating and experimenting with CBD and hemp terpenes for his healing and began to use what he was learning to support recovery for himself. Slowly and steadily, he weaned himself off the 17 different medications. Over two years, bit by bit, his head cleared from the pain-killer-induced fog, and his body expelled residual toxins. Healthy and with renewed gratitude for this precious human life. Trinn's Experiential Vibrational Approach Trinn's desire to get off traditional medications inspired him to use terpenes and cannabinoids in combinations that weren't available on the market and began his journey on a path into experiencing what Plant medicines can really do. Trinn and Amchi La together creating Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy embodies the spirit of delivering healing most needed in these current times, an approach that delivers from the heart. Loving Kindness is at the core of everything they do on their path to revealing and delivering advanced ways to relieve pain and suffering and its causes. Ten percent or more of gross sales deliver botanical medicine to people facing health issues without the means to pay. Every product you buy provides someone in need with natural remedies for their healing journey. Trinn Sets an Intentional Prayer & The Quanta Responded Realizing CBD and hemp terpenes were a few drops in the oceans of the potential for plant healing, Trinn set a powerful intention asking the Universe to bring forth a Master of botanical medicine to light Jampha's pathway forward with greater wisdom and knowledge. Within two weeks of and in direct answer to this heartfelt prayerful request, Amchi Thubten Lekshe made contact. It was soon evident that the Universe (Quanta) had delivered a stream of many blessings within Trinn’s intention prayers, all at once. Trinn was amazed to discover that Amchi Thubten Lekshe has a broad and deeply developed experience in spiritual healing and Tibetan medicine, but also Ayurvedic training and practice in India and training in Chinese medicine in Hong Kong. A physician with 50 years of experience. He received teachings and training with many great souls from many walks of life, including Tibet's greatest medical and spiritual minds (Ref: Tanaduk.com ) and is now guiding the development of Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy. Amchi Thubten Lekshe and Trinn Hatch fill many roles in the development of Jampha and the inspired plant medicines. Amchi La is the Spiritual & Visionary Director and Master Formulator. Trinn Hatch has multiple roles, besides being the creative director for media development, training, marketing, sales and promotions, and where hats spanning across production landscapes, lab manufacturing, product communications. He is a master communicator and an inspired emissary of heart and healing. Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy’s Intention and Daily Practice To recognize and awaken the master healer within each of us, is our intention, providing and supporting well-lit paths to liberation into healing and enlightenment for our minds, our body's, and our beautiful spirits. Spike Proteins: What Are They and Can You Remove Them Naturally? Spike proteins are what some viruses use to fuse with cells and infect them. When someone is infected with COVID-19, the spike proteins around the virus attach to a muscle cell. Once they gain entry, they transfer the virus RNA inside the cell and reproduce until there is enough to release into the body. This function is why researchers targeted the spike protein with the vaccines . The spike protein is essential to the virus's life cycle and appeared to be a way to stop it. However, other research indicates the spike protein might not behave as expected in at least two ways. First, antibodies can transform the spike proteins, so they are more and not less likely to bind to cells. Second, spike proteins alone, without the rest of the virus, may damage the cells that line blood vessels and disrupt the blood-brain barrier. How Are Spike Proteins a Problem ? As more people who had a COVID-19 infection or received the vaccine suffer from long-COVID symptoms , some scientists suspect the spike proteins play a role. Spike proteins have been found in every major body organ, connective tissue, blood, and bone, for as long as six months after infection or vaccine . Early on, medical professionals claimed that only people infected with the virus experienced long-haul symptoms, but new studies confirm that vaccinated people do too. One study shows that spike proteins can cause lung damage even without any virus . Coronavirus spike proteins can be found circulating in the blood . More and more researchers are confirming the virus can harm the heart and other organ systems independent of active infection. The list of long COVID symptoms shows it impacts the heart, lungs, brain, and almost every other part of the body. They include: Fatigue Shortness of breath Challenges with sleep Anxiety or depression Chest tightness or pain Joint or muscle pain Heart palpitations ( inflammation caused by spike proteins can lead to heart muscle injury ) Difficulty with focus or brain fog Changes to smell or taste Persistent cough Hair loss Bowel incontinence Erectile dysfunction Limb swelling Amnesia Hallucinations Motor function or speech difficulties Spike protein presence is difficult to test for, so the full extent of their impact on health is not fully understood. This means if you were infected with COVID or had the vaccine, even if you feel normal, you may have spike proteins compromising different organs or systems of your body. Spike Proteins and Prions Prions are infectious proteins that can take on different shapes. They are not considered a virus because they do not contain genetic material. However, they can cause disease by recruiting normal proteins into abnormal shapes. There are about 70 human RNA-binding proteins that contain a prion-like domain or proteins that shift and change shapes. These prions are associated, in particular, with neurodegenerative diseases. New research has identified prions in the coronavirus spike proteins . This is surprising, because SARS-CoV-2 is the only coronavirus with a prion-like domain in the receptor-binding region of the spike protein. These findings offer more insight into why so many people have long-COVID symptoms and why the vaccine using spike proteins has not been the solution they had hoped. Can Spike Proteins Be Removed Naturally? The best way to eliminate spike proteins left behind by COVID or the vaccine is to support your immune system and cleanse your blood. Your blood circulates through every organ, cell, and system of your body. It delivers oxygen and nutrients to and removes toxins from every cell. Your blood is also integral to fighting off infections and supports other critical immune functions. Holistic Wisdom Supported By Modern Research Tibetan Medicine Sowa Rigpa has accumulated rich experience over centuries of clinical practices. Although western research into Tibetan Medicines over 3000 natural medicines is just beginning, they have already found them to prove particularly beneficial in treating chronic diseases , including: Hepatitis (liver inflammation) High-altitude polycythemia (blood stasis with organ congestion) Gastritis (inflammation of the stomach lining) Stroke Cholecystitis (gallbladder inflammation) Rheumatism (inflammation in joints and muscles) Cancer At Jampha Tibetan Pharmacy we combine the powerful and proven botanical combinations of Traditional Pill Tibetan Medicine (formulated by experts from Tibet) with the revolutionary anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting benefits of Synergy Enhanced Terpenes and other rare and precious botanicals and minerals. Two of these potent botanical remedies are particularly effective for naturally removing spike proteins from the blood to end any lingering effects of COVID or the vaccine. They are Turquoise Dragon and Blue Lotus Peacock. Here is how they work. Turquoise Dragon Turquoise Dragon is formulated to combat viral and bacterial infections, both directly and by supporting and detoxifying the blood system. The botanicals and hemp terpenes in Turquoise Dragon nurture and protect white blood cells, detoxify blood and organs, and dispel the lingering effects of a virus. This formula is a valuable aid in removing unwanted toxins from the bloodstream. This and its immune support make it an excellent tool to naturally recover from the side effects of spike proteins. A healthy body will fight off infection and restore equilibrium on its own. Your body is equipped with remarkable disease-fighting mechanisms. The modern world exposes people to external toxins, stress, and processed foods that compromise the immune system and bloodstream with extra work. An extreme example is how people with existing health struggles were most impacted by COVID . Jampha designs botanical formulas to work with your body, giving it the support it needs to restore optimal, or at least better, function. The traditional biomedical applications of Turquoise Dragon extend to liver and gallbladder disease, arthritis, immune deficiencies, heart disease, and respiratory infections. Blue Lotus Peacock The entourage of botanicals in Blue Lotus Peacock supports your body's natural ability to kill, dissolve, and remove cancerous cells in every organ and system. Cells occasionally malfunction. Your immune system is designed to target, kill, and remove them. However, if an organ or body system is weak or toxic, or if the immune system is compromised, mutated cells may begin to divide and cause cancer . Blue Lotus Peacock nurtures and strengthens your immune function and the health of your organs. It addresses the underlying foundations of health that help your body defend itself. The botanicals in this remarkable formula are known to be the best at fighting infections. It’s a great choice to help naturally detox from spike proteins because it specifically supports your gut, lungs, pancreas, prostate, and brain–all systems shown to be impacted by spike proteins. Detoxify Your Blood To Support Every Body System
